Compensation And Benefits
The salary range posted represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes both base and variable compensation. Final offers will be tailored to the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, responsibilities, and current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate robust, strategic relationships with clients, serving as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
- Perform proactive health assessments of customer accounts and address any concerns promptly.
- Drive the creation of new case studies and customer references.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and cross-functional groups, to foster continuous improvement and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Work closely with the Renewals team to ensure high renewal rates.
- Align all activities with customer business objectives and use cases.
- Provide insights to Product Management regarding key features and product limitations.
- Assist in developing and refining team process documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and innovative work culture that prioritizes adaptability and growth.
- Identify potential areas of customer risk and devise actionable plans to mitigate these risks.
- Engage with customers and colleagues from a remote office environment.
- Travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
- Proven experience in a customer success role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate innovative ideas for enhancing Customer Success initiatives.
- Proficient project management skills.
- Exceptional patience, empathy, and understanding when addressing conflicts and concerns.
- Adaptability to changing roles and responsibilities.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to customer success.
- Experience in analyzing customer success metrics, including product usage and growth statistics.
- Strong business acumen with a history of leading projects in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
- Familiarity with Cloud and Hyperscaler technologies, as well as SaaS offerings, particularly Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of supporting infrastructure components, such as servers, storage, and networking.
