- Utilize your expertise in school mental health, suicide prevention, and social-emotional learning (SEL) to provide strategic guidance and technical support to district leaders.
- Foster and sustain productive relationships with district administrators, educators, and various stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to pinpoint areas needing improvement and evaluate the effectiveness of mental health programs.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in the field of school mental health.
- Engage in travel to collaborate with districts, attend conferences, and participate in regional and national meetings to share insights and strengthen professional connections.
- Extensive knowledge of school mental health, suicide prevention, and SEL.
- Strong grasp of school district systems and the ability to navigate complex organizational frameworks.

- A Master’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
