Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate project coordination by submitting Requests for Information (RFIs) and managing As-Built drawings.
- Maintain regular communication with field foreman to update project schedules and ensure alignment.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings to foster collaboration between office and field teams.
- Update and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and tracking sheets.
- Prepare and dispatch ductwork submittal drawings for necessary approvals.
- Organize equipment take-offs and oversee duct-related equipment releases in collaboration with VDC.
- Monitor job site efficiency by tracking manpower and rental equipment.
- Manage vendor quotes for cost proposals and follow up on invoices and material discrepancies.
- Support staffing agencies with safety requirements and project enrollment.
- Utilize Smartsheets to effectively track project progress and assist in CAD/BIM coordination as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets; experience with CAD/BIM is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives.
- Proven experience in project management or a related field is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or operations management.
