- Successful completion of a paramedic training program from an accredited institution is essential
- Prior experience in ambulance services and advanced life support is preferred
- Current Minnesota or Wisconsin Paramedic Certification (or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
- Valid State Class D driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ICS are required (or to be obtained shortly after hiring)

- Competitive hourly wage of \(30.00 to \)41.50, commensurate with experience
- A generous sign-on bonus of $4,500 (subject to eligibility requirements)
