Key Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture strong partnerships with independent financial advisors, positioning yourself as their go-to expert for annuity solutions.
- Facilitate collaborative meetings with advisors and their clientele, imparting your knowledge on annuities and guiding them toward long-term financial security.
- Assist advisors in crafting comprehensive financial plans that effectively incorporate annuity products, ensuring they fully understand the available options and sales methodologies.
- Spearhead educational initiatives through meetings, seminars, and training workshops aimed at informing potential and existing clients about our diverse product offerings.
- Strategically manage your designated territory, optimizing sales performance and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with your Internal Wholesaler to generate leads through referrals, marketing efforts, and outreach.
- Keep advisors up-to-date on product developments, service agreements, and emerging industry trends.
- Actively pursue new relationship opportunities and expand business within key accounts while maintaining support for existing partnerships.
- Provide valuable market intelligence by offering insights on trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies and product enhancements.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the financial services sector, with an emphasis on wholesaling practices.
- A demonstrated history of establishing and sustaining robust relationships with financial advisors.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with effective time management and persuasive communication skills.
- Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses is essential.
- Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses in your state of residence.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- A track record of surpassing sales targets and expanding market territories.
- Experience in point-of-sale activities is advantageous.

- Competitive base salary of $61,200, complemented by a lucrative monthly variable sales incentive plan based on performance.
