Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with independent financial advisors in Central Pennsylvania, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for annuity solutions.
- Lead joint meetings with advisors and their clients, imparting your expertise on annuities and demonstrating how they can enhance long-term financial security.
- Collaborate with advisors to incorporate annuities into comprehensive financial strategies, offering guidance on product selections and the sales process.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions to educate clients about our offerings and highlight our unique value proposition.
- Strategically manage your territory to maximize sales and efficiently allocate resources and budget.
- Partner with an Internal Wholesaler to identify and nurture leads through various initiatives, including referrals and marketing efforts.
- Remain current with product updates, service agreements, and evolving industry trends to keep advisors informed.
- Drive expansion by developing new partnerships and amplifying business within key accounts while supporting existing relationships.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities to guide sales and product development strategies.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the financial services sector, particularly in wholesaling.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust relationships with financial advisors.
- Strong familiarity with sales and marketing principles.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competence in managing time effectively and working independently.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses are mandatory.
- Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses in your resident state are also required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is essential.
