Job Overview

As a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our esteemed clients achieve success with our solutions. Your passion for client engagement and your expertise will guide customers through a smooth onboarding process, allowing them to maximize the value derived from our offerings. This position is designed for individuals eager to foster strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic consultation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through the onboarding and implementation processes, managing expectations with a focus on seamless integration.
  • Promote product adoption by encouraging users to engage fully with our platform.
  • Act as a customer advocate, working collaboratively with internal teams such as R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address feedback and concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, from end-users to senior executives, ensuring open dialogue and trust.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, benefiting both clients and the organization.
  • Manage the renewal process of client contracts in coordination with our Finance team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Share your insights and success stories with the Revenue team to support their efforts in client acquisition.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service orientation with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment and familiarity with customer onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry or supply chain management is a valuable asset.
  • Adaptable mindset with a focus on teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success or consulting.
  • History of effective collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
  • Successful completion of a background screening as per local regulations.
