Key Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the onboarding and implementation processes, managing expectations with a focus on seamless integration.
- Promote product adoption by encouraging users to engage fully with our platform.
- Act as a customer advocate, working collaboratively with internal teams such as R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to address feedback and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, from end-users to senior executives, ensuring open dialogue and trust.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, benefiting both clients and the organization.
- Manage the renewal process of client contracts in coordination with our Finance team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
- Share your insights and success stories with the Revenue team to support their efforts in client acquisition.
- Proven customer service orientation with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
- Experience in a SaaS environment and familiarity with customer onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry or supply chain management is a valuable asset.
- Adaptable mindset with a focus on teamwork and a positive attitude.
- A bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) is required.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, preferably in customer success or consulting.
- History of effective collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
- Successful completion of a background screening as per local regulations.
