Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a complex calendar to schedule meetings, appointments, and social engagements with accuracy.
- Organize domestic and international travel, ensuring all logistics (flights, accommodations, ground transportation) are executed flawlessly.
- Address daily personal and business-related tasks, including correspondence, errands, and household management.
- Anticipate needs proactively and navigate logistics to prevent any disruptions or inconveniences.
- Act as a liaison between the employer and vendors, business associates, and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of meetings and events, including preparation of necessary documentation and materials.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information at all times.
- Execute problem-solving promptly, identifying and addressing potential challenges before they arise.
- Organize and assist with special projects and miscellaneous requests as needed.
- Approach every task with diligence, regardless of its nature.
- Demonstrate promptness in communication, ensuring each call is addressed promptly.
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

- Extensive experience in managing complex travel arrangements on both domestic and international fronts.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing circumstances.
- Remarkable resourcefulness with a "figure it out" mentality.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role supporting C-level executives and families, or in a similar position.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and be available for travel as needed.
