- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, ensuring flawless arrangements for flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Manage daily personal and business-related tasks, including correspondence, errands, and comprehensive household administration.
- Anticipate and address needs proactively, streamlining logistics to avert potential disruptions.
- Function as a liaison between the employer and various stakeholders, including vendors and business associates.
- Facilitate the smooth execution of meetings and events, preparing necessary documents and materials.
