Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel across various offices, residences, and project locations.
- Organize and manage extensive travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
- Supervise real estate projects, ensuring smooth handling of insurance matters, vendor payments, and task management.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage bill payments.
- Execute personal tasks, including arranging meetings, procuring supplies, and other errands.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding writing and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant.
- A background in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory.
