- Assisting guests with inquiries regarding lodge services and area activities.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure clear communication about guest requirements.
- Managing laundry logistics, including transportation and organization of linens.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both public and staff areas.
- Participating in team meetings to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Supporting food and beverage service by preparing and clearing dining areas.
- Assisting with general cleaning routines in guest accommodations and common spaces.
- Contributing to inventory management and provisioning tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and light lifting.
- Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and effective collaboration.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness in dynamic situations.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A TAPs card from the state of Alaska and Alaska Food Worker Card (may be obtained onsite).
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
