Key Responsibilities

- Coach members on essential independent living skills, linking them to community resources to form sustainable support systems.

- Ensure accurate and timely documentation to meet agency and funding requirements.

- Identification as an individual in recovery from mental illness, addiction, or both.
- Certification as a Tennessee Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) or a commitment to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience in a peer recovery support position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human services context.
- Demonstrated competencies in peer support along with ethical professionalism.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills, alongside computer literacy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred (experience may substitute for educational requirements).
- Valid Tennessee Driver's License and proof of personal auto insurance.
