Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for member inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Organize and implement effective member events, workshops, webinars, and networking initiatives, both in-person and virtual.
- Collaborate with TSO staff to coordinate communication and marketing strategies, including newsletters and social media outreach.
- Manage online event registrations and maintain accurate member records and databases, safeguarding data integrity.
- Compile and present reports concerning membership engagement and trends.
- Work with team members to identify enhancements to member benefits and value-added services.
- Coordinate with board and committee leaders to prepare meeting agendas and document meeting minutes.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Teams, along with familiarity in membership management software and CRM systems.
- Copywriting, graphic design, and social media skills are advantageous.
- A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or substantial experience in a comparable role.
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in association management or member services.
- Passion for actively engaging the member community and delivering exceptional service.
- Availability for occasional overnight travel as required.
