Key Responsibilities

In your role as a vital member of our clinical team, you will:

  • Provide critical mental health and substance use services to diverse populations.
  • Create a supportive and safe environment for clients and their families.
  • Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments tailored to individual needs.
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload while meeting productivity goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Assist clients in accessing essential resources and support services.
  • Facilitate effective transitions of care, including aftercare planning.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and coordination with emergency services as needed.
  • Educate the community on important mental health issues and resources.
  • Employ evidence-based practices, such as motivational interviewing, to craft personalized treatment strategies.
  • Maintain flexible scheduling for both in-person and telehealth services, accommodating walk-in appointments as required.
  • Participate actively in supervision and training initiatives to enhance your skills.
  • Uphold CANS certification and pursue continuing education to maintain your professional licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-I).
  • Competence in utilizing electronic health record systems.
  • A valid driver’s license.
