Key Responsibilities
- Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Collaborate with the Reservations team and Front Office to facilitate guest arrivals, room assignments, and inquiries regarding hotel amenities.
- Audit forthcoming reservations for precision and fulfillment of guest preferences.
- Assist in managing guest calls related to dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and concierge services.
- Process Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for the Sales and Reservations teams.
- Ensure accuracy of all hotel reservations using the Maestro software system.
- A strong passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Robust attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to various software applications.
- Creative problem-solving skills to address guest needs and challenges.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred experience in hospitality or guest service roles.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems is advantageous.
