We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Premium Audit Technical Manager to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging training programs tailored for auditors, encompassing both newcomers and seasoned professionals.
  • Establish and uphold proficiency standards for all audit positions to ensure our team is well-versed in the latest industry practices.
  • Perform quality assurance assessments and provide constructive feedback to maintain audit accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Stay well-informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous research and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partnerships to conceptualize and execute impactful training initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree combined with 5-7 years of experience in insurance Premium Audit.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with familiarity in mainframe systems being an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and delivering effective training programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NCCI and ISO manual regulations, along with industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience specifically within insurance Premium Audit.
