- Design and implement engaging training programs tailored for auditors, encompassing both newcomers and seasoned professionals.
- Establish and uphold proficiency standards for all audit positions to ensure our team is well-versed in the latest industry practices.
- Perform quality assurance assessments and provide constructive feedback to maintain audit accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Stay well-informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous research and professional growth.
- Collaborate with both internal and external partnerships to conceptualize and execute impactful training initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree combined with 5-7 years of experience in insurance Premium Audit.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with familiarity in mainframe systems being an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and delivering effective training programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of NCCI and ISO manual regulations, along with industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
