Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with supplier partners in the Caribbean and Mexico luxury hotel market, ensuring contract renewals and ongoing collaboration.
- Identify, contract, and onboard new supplier partnerships, curating a competitive collection of 5- and 4.5-star hotels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that suppliers are positioned for success in operations and sales.
- Stay abreast of luxury travel market trends and generate data-driven production reports.
- Manage internal systems to ensure accuracy in contracts, pricing, and supplier content.
- Negotiate favorable margins, terms, and operational conditions with suppliers.
- Represent our organization at supplier-related events, including trade shows and industry gatherings.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to propose and oversee co-op marketing initiatives.
- Address escalated issues with supplier partnerships promptly and professionally.
- Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support team and company success.
- Over 3 years of experience in developing strong relationships within the luxury hotel market in Mexico and the Caribbean.
- Proven ability to curate a distinguished portfolio of 5- and 4.5-star hotels in this region.
- Demonstrated success in contract negotiation, securing beneficial terms and lasting partnerships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong organizational and process-driven approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring professionalism and clarity.
- Experience in crafting creative solutions to unique challenges that satisfy both internal reservations teams and partner clients.
