Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members to develop tailored recovery plans that align with their goals.
- Facilitate recovery-oriented groups and engaging psychoeducational activities.
- Provide vocational support by assisting members in identifying their skills and interests while pursuing meaningful employment.
- Maintain a consistent caseload, meeting regularly with members to offer advocacy, encouragement, and support.
- Teach essential daily living skills and job readiness within our various work units, including Culinary, Environmental, Hospitality, and Media.
- Work alongside our team to cultivate a positive and supportive atmosphere within our clubhouse.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of member progress and activities.
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health or social service environment.
- Lived experience with mental health challenges is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Professional communication capabilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit in teamwork.

- A valid driver’s license, evidence of auto insurance, and the capacity to be insured under our policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a mental health or social service setting.
