Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Engage in the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and performing reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and assist during audits.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, tax documents, and other reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments, ensuring precise financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.
- Communicate financial insights to management and participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts payable and receivable.
- Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Experience with accounting software such as Intacct, Oracle PeopleSoft, and ADP is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent accounting experience.
- Experience within the hospitality or corporate finance sectors is preferred.
