Job Overview

We are an esteemed leader in the software realm, specializing in innovative Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions that facilitate digital transformation for enterprises. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Partner Leader to join our team in a remote capacity, playing a pivotal role in establishing and managing strategic partnerships that will influence the trajectory of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic development and execution of partnerships that enhance our product offerings and broaden our market engagement.
  • Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with technology and consulting partners to foster mutual growth and collaboration.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to incorporate partner solutions into our product suite.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partnership success and identify avenues for ongoing improvement.
  • Represent our company at industry conferences and partner events, actively promoting partnership opportunities and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Organize training and enablement programs for partners to guarantee successful deployment and adoption of joint solutions.
  • Remain updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to discover new partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure cohesive alignment across the organization to effectively implement partnership strategies.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships and collaborating across various stakeholders in a remote-first environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Comprehensive background in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances specifically within the tech industry, with an emphasis on cloud or PaaS sectors.
  • Proven experience developing partner programs with a focus on go-to-market strategies, including engagement with resellers, hyperscalers (Google and AWS), Global Systems Integrators, and Regional Systems Integrators.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure software and knowledge of the DevSecOps sector.
  • Profound understanding of enterprise software, cloud-native architectures, and partner ecosystems.
  • Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in building and managing partner organizations.
  • A track record of successful partnership management and business development in relevant tech sectors.
