### Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual, business, and trust & estate tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients and team members on income tax planning and special projects.
- Conduct final reviews of tax returns, ensuring accuracy before submission.
- Research and resolve complex tax and accounting issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assist and represent clients in IRS, state, and other regulatory audits or requests.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and federal/state tax regulations.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for collaborative work.
- 5 years of experience in tax preparation and research, with a focus on income tax returns preferred.
- 1 year of experience signing off on final tax returns.
- Active CPA or EA certification required.
- Proficiency in tax and accounting software (Lacerte, QuickBooks preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Adobe.
- $90,000 - $110,000 annual base salary (commensurate with experience).
