Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement a comprehensive customer marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and develop strategies that elevate customer engagement and success.
- Design and execute campaigns aimed at driving essential business outcomes, including customer adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Partner with Customer Success to segment customers, outline their journeys, and deploy initiatives that provide value at each stage.
- Work with customers to create compelling case studies, testimonials, and success narratives, ensuring effective usage in go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, serving as the voice of the customer in marketing, sales, and product development channels.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to maximize the effectiveness of new product launches and feature adoption.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to engagement, retention rates, and campaign success, providing insights for ongoing enhancement.
- Foster collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to drive customer-centric strategies and feedback loops.
- 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing customer marketing programs that yield measurable results in adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a focus on business outcomes.
- Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Superior communication abilities, with a talent for forging strong connections with customers and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of identifying and prioritizing customer engagement opportunities.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is advantageous.
- Proficient in Salesforce; experience with HubSpot and 6Sense is preferred.
- Prior experience in the MedTech sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
