Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and lead the Customer Marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate current processes and devise strategies that elevate customer engagement and success.
- Create and implement campaigns that target critical business objectives, including adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to segment clientele, chart their journeys, and execute programs that provide value throughout.
- Work alongside customers to produce case studies, testimonials, and success narratives, ensuring these resources are effectively leveraged across marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze customer insights, serving as the advocate for the customer in marketing, sales, and product feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in product launches in conjunction with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance the impact of new offerings and feature adoption.
- Monitor key performance indicators, retention metrics, and campaign effectiveness, offering data-driven insights for continual enhancement.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to foster customer-centric strategies and feedback loops.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
- Demonstrable success in creating and executing customer marketing initiatives that bolster adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- A strong commitment to delivering superior customer experiences while maintaining a focus on business results.
- Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to build profound relationships with both clients and internal teams.
- A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to identifying and prioritizing customer engagement opportunities.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory; experience with HubSpot and 6Sense is preferred.
- Experience in the MedTech sector is beneficial but not essential.
