Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities using curated lead lists, self-sourced prospects, and strategic sales efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers.
- Leverage sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator to drive sales initiatives.
- Effectively manage a robust sales pipeline to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking and reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in sales tools including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, SalesLoft/Outreach, Gong.io, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales, specifically in HR consulting.
- 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions is a plus.
