Job Overview

Join our dynamic fintech company as a B2B Sales Executive, where you will be pivotal in propelling revenue growth by forging new retail partnerships and nurturing existing relationships. This role emphasizes innovative business development strategies, targeted prospecting, and effective in-person sales techniques to broaden our market presence within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new retail partners through proactive B2B sales strategies.
  • Introduce and educate retailers about our cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) platform, which includes services such as international wire transfers and bill payments.
  • Utilize our proprietary sales platform to monitor performance, uncover growth opportunities, and manage sales data accurately.
  • Conduct daily outreach, targeting a minimum of 50 retail visits weekly.
  • Present our products and services to potential retail partners through engaging demonstrations.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing agents by providing continuous sales support and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing teams to optimize cross-selling opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales call activity and sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • A minimum of 4 years of B2B or Small and Medium Business (SMB) sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in selling financial products, services, or technological solutions to retail clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid car insurance (monthly car allowance and gas reimbursement provided).
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory (up to 90% of the time).

Qualifications

  • 4 years of relevant B2B sales experience with a robust history of achieving results.
  • Proven expertise in selling financial products or services.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
