Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust online sales strategy aimed at enhancing sales growth, profit margins, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with offline merchandising, pricing, and replenishment teams to develop synchronized strategies, creating a seamless multichannel experience.
- Partner with Digital Platform, Project, and Omnichannel teams for the prompt and effective execution of promotions and new initiatives.
- Engage with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and IT to facilitate the successful rollout of product and promotional plans.
- Spearhead the development of merchandising, assortment, inventory, and replenishment plans, ensuring timely launches of new online categories.
- Establish and monitor performance KPIs for the Digital Sales team, ensuring alignment with the overarching company goals.
- Track project progress, focusing on team development while enhancing multichannel and online merchandising competencies.
- Analyze product selection, sales, pricing, and market trends to unveil new sales opportunities and guarantee profitability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices through networking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in formulating pricing guidelines, contributing to the achievement of sales and gross profit objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Senior Manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales, encompassing traditional retail and e-commerce expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in digital marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong technical proficiency in product categories and pricing, along with awareness of relevant industry standards, including FDA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Magento and forecasting tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
- Deep passion for merchandising and e-commerce in both B2C and B2B contexts.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing innovative ideas.
- Strong project management aptitude, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and produce results.
- Proficient negotiation skills with sound business judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
