- Design, develop, and manage our eCommerce storefronts, focusing on product configuration, strategic pricing, and budget management.
- Ensure storefront functionality, enhance user experience, and create appealing and well-structured product displays.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce accurate product visuals, engaging banners, and curated category displays.
- Perform regular audits of the storefront to maintain precise product pricing and availability.
- Manage the packing, shipping, and overall on-site order fulfillment process effectively.
- Conduct weekly audits to identify and address any order holds, ensuring timely and efficient order completion.
- Generate comprehensive reports for clients, detailing offerings, order history, and budget utilization.
- Monitor platform performance, optimizing based on sales data and customer input.
- Conduct personalized storefront demonstrations for clients, illustrating product offerings and platform features.
- Provide exemplary customer support through phone and email, fostering strong client relationships.
- Oversee outgoing shipments, ensuring proper preparation, labeling, and delivery arrangements.
- Handle incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality against packing slips.
- Maintain detailed inventory tracking and reporting records.
- Assist with kitting projects, including the assembly of promotional packages or custom kits, and support special initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
