As the DoD Growth Lead, you will play an essential role in driving the growth of our innovative technology solutions within the Department of Defense, ensuring alignment with emerging defense requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a strategic growth strategy aimed at DoD agencies.
  • Ensure our technology offerings are in sync with specific DoD mission priorities, delivering impactful solutions.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across federal entities.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to prioritize capture initiatives and refine market strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities, aligning our solutions with agency needs and informing product development.
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions effectively to prospective clients, facilitating negotiations.
  • Lead the creation of essential business development materials such as white papers and proposals.
  • Stay attuned to industry trends, market fluctuations, and competitor strategies to sustain our competitive advantage.

Required Skills

  • Profound understanding and connections within the DoD sector, including U.S. government agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage senior-level officials effectively.
  • Strong research capabilities to identify and align opportunities with solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Government Relations, Engineering, or a related discipline (military experience or advanced degree preferred).
  • Secret Clearance (TS Clearance preferred).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in federal/military growth or solutioning, particularly focused on the DoD.
  • Availability for frequent travel to engage with clients, attend conferences, and cultivate relationships.
