- Bachelor's degree in Business, Government Relations, Engineering, or a related discipline (military experience or advanced degree preferred).
- Secret Clearance (TS Clearance preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in federal/military growth or solutioning, particularly focused on the DoD.
- Availability for frequent travel to engage with clients, attend conferences, and cultivate relationships.
