Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a robust marketing strategy aimed at achieving 100% year-over-year growth across B2B and B2C segments.
- Spearhead product marketing and segment positioning to enhance our brand presence in various markets.
- Formulate and execute marketing initiatives encompassing organic, paid, social, community, and in-person outreach in the B2C arena, fostering growth through community engagement.
- Drive demand generation and sales enablement tactics to facilitate new customer acquisition in the B2B space.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the recruitment of exceptional talent and the design of an effective team structure.
