Position Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive growth within our supply chain solutions division. In this role, you will directly engage with clients to assess their requirements, develop customized solutions, and deliver impactful results. As a representative of our organization, you will excel in a dynamic, target-oriented environment while collaborating with various teams across our network to ensure business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients through innovative research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate and qualify leads.
  • Engage prospects by demonstrating how our supply chain solutions can optimize their business operations.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our logistics services to formulate tailored, strategic solutions for clients.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders to foster enduring partnerships.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal presentation to deal closure and contract renewal.
  • Develop and execute formal territory management plans to consistently achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Monitor, assess, and adapt strategies to enhance sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software to track interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends by participating in conferences, events, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales or business development experience in the supply chain, 3PL, or fulfillment sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to close significant deals and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a strategic orientation.
  • A proven history of innovation and success in creating customized logistics solutions.
