Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with leading enterprise brands, focusing on retention and growth opportunities.
- Create and implement strategic account plans that align with the objectives of our partners, facilitating renewals, upsells, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Mentor and lead a team of Account Managers, fostering the development of a top-tier account management function.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Editorial, and Operations teams to guarantee the successful execution of partner campaigns.
- Analyze performance data and trends to enhance account management strategies and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Proactively manage the customer experience by identifying and addressing potential challenges before they affect partnerships.
- 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in the fields of martech, adtech, B2B SaaS, or media.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, content strategies, SEO, PR, and earned media approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to expand existing customer accounts with proven success in driving renewals and new business opportunities.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders at major enterprise businesses.
- A process-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative spirit.
