Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs and uncovering new business prospects.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion of business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and achieve business objectives.
  • Propel business development initiatives by identifying new markets, customer needs, and competitive strategies.
  • Track client accounts and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to explore potential opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions and improvements.
  • Prepare and present business development reports, detailing client activities and growth outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, client relations, or account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
  • Capable of working independently while effectively managing time.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote or distributed team setting is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Understanding of industry-specific projects and business strategies is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: \(50,000 - \)70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
