Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain enduring partnerships with clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements to provide customized advertising solutions.

  • Consultative Selling: Design and conduct compelling sales presentations, educating clients on the advantages of our advertising services, event sponsorships, and additional offerings.
  • Account Oversight: Track client account performance, monitor key performance indicators, and offer data-driven recommendations for optimized results.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client objections and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
  • Networking: Represent the organization at local business events to forge new connections and enhance existing relationships.
  • Event Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of business and consumer events to ensure their success.
  • Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue projections, preparing regular reports for management.

Compensation And Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of $30,000, plus commission on all sales.
  • Flexible remote work arrangements.
  • 15 days of paid time off annually, in addition to 10 paid holidays.
  • Health care subsidy and Roth IRA contributions after one year of employment.
