Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct best practice sessions, tune-ups, and optimization workshops to maximize solution utilization.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable strategies that enhance client profitability.
  • Remain informed on the latest trends in the insurance industry and advancements in our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess the effectiveness of training programs and facilitate the adoption of tools and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Extensive experience in project management, consulting, or onsite training, particularly in the SaaS, data analytics, or insurance sectors (3 years).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential; knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • A flexible, customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to driving positive change.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field such as project management, consulting, or onsite training in SaaS, data analytics, or the insurance industry is required.
