- Campaign Management: Coordinate, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and more.
- Event Coordination: Manage logistics for virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution to promote engagement and thought leadership.

- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize HubSpot to track and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on insights.

- Vendor & Freelance Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and freelancers as necessary.
- Proven experience in content marketing and digital campaigns that effectively generate leads across various platforms (e.g., email, social media).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio demonstrating clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of establishing trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders to drive creative initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing a comprehensive content calendar and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HubSpot for campaign tracking, lead sourcing, email automation, and analytics.
- Adaptable and self-motivated, able to pivot quickly when required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation is preferred.
- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is an advantage.

- Base Salary: \(80,000 - \)100,000 plus bonus opportunities.
