Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at N2 Content Marketing, you will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting outreach, networking, building relationships with financial advisors and firms, and closing high-ticket deals. This is a consultative sales role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to articulate our value proposition, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and source potential clients within the financial services industry through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, and networking.
- Relationship Building – Develop relationships with financial advisors, wealth management firms, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and position N2 Content Marketing as the ideal solution.
- Sales Meetings & Consultations – Conduct virtual meetings and sales presentations to educate prospects on our services and customize solutions based on their business goals.
- Engage Warm Leads - Hold sales meetings and follow up with prospects from our existing marketing efforts, which currently averages 8-10 organically scheduled appointments per week.
- Closing Deals – Secure sales by guiding prospects through the decision-making process, handling objections, and finalizing agreements and invoices.
- Pipeline Management – Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
- No Cold Calling Quota - Lead sourcing is in your hands, we don’t assign arbitrary tasks or micro-manage your sales flow.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Sales Experience – 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or high-ticket sales, preferably within financial services, marketing, or consulting.
- Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – Ability to articulate value, build trust, and effectively handle objections.
- Self-Starter & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently in a remote environment, stay motivated, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or marketing for financial professionals is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Uncapped Commission – We’re targeting an OTE of $124,000 per year.
- High Ticket Sales - Each ISR will be able to hit their OTE with less than one sale per week.
