Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in various marketing events such as conferences, webinars, client dinners, and sponsorship activities.
- Assist in the development and editing of marketing materials including proofreading, organizing video shoots, and addressing design requirements.
- Engage with comments across blog and social media platforms, fostering community interaction.
- Identify and submit nominations for industry awards on an annual basis.
- Manage review platforms, ensuring prompt responses to both favorable and unfavorable reviews.
- Support the upkeep and functionality of HubSpot, troubleshooting sync errors and monitoring campaign performance.
- Collaborate on the design of email campaigns and landing pages.
- Work on diverse marketing projects, ensuring timelines are met and communicating any issues that arise.
- Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing position.
- At least 1 year of experience in crafting sales or marketing content, such as social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- A minimum of 1 year of event planning and coordination experience (e.g., conferences, webinars, client dinners).
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and the art of copywriting across various channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot or Marketo.
- 6 months of experience with Salesforce, including basic reporting skills.
- Background in social media management and scheduling.
- Knowledge of project management tools like Jira is preferred.
