Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, implementation, and management of diverse email marketing campaigns, encompassing promotional, transactional, and lifecycle communications.
- Employ advanced segmentation techniques to deliver tailor-made content, ensuring optimal audience engagement.
- Execute A/B testing on key elements such as subject lines and calls-to-action (CTAs) to refine performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce persuasive copy and visually appealing templates that align with brand standards.
- Design and maintain automated email workflows, including key series such as welcome and re-engagement campaigns.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates and conversion rates, providing insights for ongoing optimization.
- Work in synergy with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to synchronize email initiatives with product launches and promotional efforts.
- Uphold adherence to email marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance deliverability.
- Contribute to ancillary marketing projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proficient with email marketing platforms and automation tools; familiarity with DotDigital is an advantage.
- Strong grasp of email marketing strategies, particularly in the areas of segmentation and personalization.
- Capability to evaluate campaign performance and convert data into actionable insights; experience with GA4 is a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills for crafting email content, including subject lines and preheaders.
- Acute attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all campaign executions.
- Knowledge of project management applications (Jira, Confluence, Slack) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email design is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
