Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Enterprise SaaS Solutions team, working remotely. This role represents a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking global initiative that combines the flexibility of a startup environment with the robust resources of a well-established organization.

In this position, you will be pivotal in promoting our innovative Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solution, Caidentia. This advanced SaaS platform harnesses cutting-edge supply chain capabilities and AI insights to enhance procurement processes, foster supplier collaboration, and optimize overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other demand generation tools.
  • Execute outbound prospecting through phone calls (averaging 40-50 daily) and email campaigns (30 daily).
  • Qualify prospective customers and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead information within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events as necessary.
  • Provide support by coordinating product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Customize sales materials to align with client needs.
  • Offer administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings and preparing sales documentation.
  • Follow up on sales leads to ensure effective communication and conversion.
  • Gather feedback on lead quality to refine prospecting strategies.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (with a preference for Salesforce).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening meetings and demonstrations.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or a comparable role.
