Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement regional marketing strategies that promote sales growth and enhance brand recognition. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with sales teams and regional partners to create targeted initiatives that drive pipeline growth, support partner success, and elevate marketing communications. As part of the Field Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you will play a crucial role in defining both partner and direct marketing strategies for the West and Central U.S. regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans that align with both organizational objectives and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify key markets and tailor marketing strategies to meet regional demands.
• Organize and oversee field events, trade shows, and promotional activities to engage potential customers and stimulate interest.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights, translating this data into actionable campaign strategies.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through data interpretation, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.
• Manage multiple priorities while balancing regional needs and supporting various sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Forge and maintain robust relationships with local partners, resellers, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Oversee budgets allocated for field marketing initiatives to ensure efficient resource utilization and maximize return on investment.
• Establish specific marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, consistently reporting on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from \(95,000 to \)110,000, contingent upon factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
