Our Field Service team is committed to ensuring that our customers’ transformers and equipment function at optimal levels, guaranteeing reliability in utility and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers, management, and team members.
• Assist in the evaluation and procurement of new equipment for the field service team.
• Develop comprehensive work scopes and plans tailored to customer requirements.
• Ensure timely calibration of all equipment, adhering to manufacturer standards.
• Design and enhance operational procedures and tools to improve efficiency.
• Organize and present field technicians’ data in professional reports for client review.
• Create and present training materials to facilitate ongoing learning and development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Fleet, and EHS teams to maintain compliance and uphold company policies.
• Conduct audits, advocate for problem-solving initiatives, and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Support quality assurance functions and implement measures to detect and prevent non-conformities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or a blend of education and experience).
• A minimum of 5 years of program management or continuous improvement experience in a field service organization.
  
  

Required Skills

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards, internal auditing practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and effective interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in generating detailed technical reports and implementing performance metrics.
• Expertise in schematics and knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, and IEC standards.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and contributing across multiple domains.
