Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex marketing data sets to detect trends, resolve issues, and derive actionable insights that will facilitate customer acquisition and enhance revenue.
- Assess the performance of marketing campaigns across varied channels, offering recommendations for optimization and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to support data-driven marketing initiatives, utilizing advanced experimental design techniques.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and facilitate the launch of new partnerships by delivering insightful data-driven recommendations.
- Maintain and update marketing performance reports and forecasts, accurately tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, and Looker (or similar business intelligence tools).
- Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Python or R is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to translate analytics into impactful strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, experimental design, and marketing campaign optimization.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience); a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, specifically supporting large-scale direct mail campaigns with a focus on analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.

- Competitive base salary ranging from \(96,000 to \)130,000 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications).
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and annual incentives.
