Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing operations team, nurturing a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and accountability.
- Strategically evaluate and enhance our marketing technology tools, including Pardot, Salesforce, LeanData, Pursuit, and 6sense, to maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Develop and implement frameworks for maintaining and improving prospect data, automation protocols, and ensuring seamless lead transitions between marketing and sales.
- Act as a vital conduit among Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders to synchronize objectives and achieve results.
- Ensure data integrity by instituting comprehensive data management processes and educating teams on best practices.
- Produce in-depth performance reports that deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay informed on best practices in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead routing, and sales qualification to foster innovation and improvement.
- Identify process inefficiencies within marketing operations and implement targeted enhancements to drive operational excellence.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related discipline, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, cultivate strong relationships, and manage cross-functional priorities effectively.
- A visionary approach towards technology and process optimization, with hands-on experience in Pardot, Salesforce, and other marketing technology tools. Proficiency in HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity within marketing operations.
