Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing marketing operations team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Assess and optimize marketing technologies including Pardot, Salesforce, LeanData, Pursuit, and 6sense to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Develop frameworks for maintaining and refining prospect data, automation protocols, and ensuring seamless lead flow between marketing and sales functions.
- Act as a vital liaison among Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to harmonize objectives and achieve outcomes.
- Establish and uphold rigorous data management processes, ensuring the integrity and quality of our database while educating teams on best practices.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices in account-based marketing, lead management, and sales qualification methodologies.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in marketing processes to foster operational excellence.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional priorities effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on technology and process enhancement.
- Proficiency in MarTech tools such as Pardot and Salesforce, with HTML/CSS knowledge considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in marketing operations management and team leadership.
