Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation for energy suppliers by thoroughly understanding their pricing models and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to refine pricing strategies and optimize rates for consumers.
- Work closely within a dedicated product squad, consisting of engineering, design, and data professionals, to ensure effective discovery and delivery of new value.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively conveying our product’s vision and benefits to inspire your team and stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with commercial, marketing, and customer support teams to maximize customer and business value.
- Remain up-to-date on energy market trends, supplier dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform pricing strategies.
- Manage a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with customer value and organizational objectives.
- Utilize market data and insights into supplier pricing trends and consumer behavior to inform product enhancements.
- A minimum of 5 years of product management experience within an empowered, agile product team, preferably in sectors such as energy, payments, or fintech that involve pricing and optimization.
- Strong analytical abilities, adept at navigating complex systems and industry intricacies for informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience in close collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams.
- Familiarity with energy markets, pricing structures, and regulatory frameworks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated capacity to cultivate meaningful relationships with B2B clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
