- Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and surpassing sales objectives and internal KPIs.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities, with an emphasis on establishing long-term client relationships.
- Attain expertise in our comprehensive suite of products and solutions, including offerings from YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage and enhance your individual sales pipeline, achieving partnerships that go beyond personal sales targets.
- Deliver strategic support to clients, employing problem-solving abilities and executive-level relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Maintain precise records and reporting within CRM systems such as SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, and OutReach.
- 10 years of experience in digital media sales, particularly with platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and OLV.
- Established relationships with senior media agency decision-makers to expedite the sales process.
- A self-motivated approach combined with a proactive hunter mentality, dedicated to closing new business and exceeding targets.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- In-depth comprehension of the evolving social media landscape.
- A solution-driven mindset for overcoming challenges and discovering innovative ways to secure new business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong existing relationships with senior media agency decision-makers.

- Base salary range: \(125,000 - \)150,000, along with commission.
- Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as experience, location, and performance.
