Key Responsibilities
- Propel revenue growth by consistently meeting and surpassing sales objectives and internal KPIs.
- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities while establishing long-term client partnerships.
- Attain expertise in our comprehensive range of products and solutions, particularly those associated with YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage and expand your individual sales pipeline, forming partnerships that exceed personal sales objectives.
- Provide strategic client engagement, addressing challenges and managing executive-level relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Maintain precise records and reporting within CRM systems including SalesForce, Boostr, PipeDrive, and OutReach.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital media sales, with proficiency in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and OLV.
- Established relationships with senior media agency decision-makers that can expedite the sales cycle.
- A self-motivated, hunter mentality with a zeal for closing new business and surpassing targets.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
- Profound understanding of the evolving landscape of social media.
- Solution-driven approach for addressing objections and devising innovative methods to secure new business.
- 10 years of relevant experience in digital media sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with media agency decision-makers.
- Proven passion for acquiring new business and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to navigate a high-energy, multifaceted working environment.
- In-depth knowledge of contemporary social media trends.

Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary range: \(125,000 - \)150,000, supplemented by commission.
- Actual salaries will be adjusted based on experience, location, and performance.
