Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a daily checklist for over 200 client accounts.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Collaborating with Media Buying and Delivery teams to ensure accurate client account setups.
- Maintaining and updating client CRMs and accounts as necessary.
- Serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Proactively engaging with clients to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Scheduling and managing appointments for in-depth client consultations.
- Monitoring client requests while managing a dynamic task list.
- Coaching clients to maximize their outcomes.
- Taking initiative and embracing a leadership perspective to tackle challenges effectively.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- A positive, can-do attitude combined with a strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional business communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A commitment to reliability and a proven work ethic.
- Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred).
