Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily client check-ins for over 200 active accounts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and collaborate with our media buying team to ensure seamless transitions.
- Work closely with the delivery team to guarantee accurate client account setups.
- Maintain and update client profiles in our CRM system as necessary.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Regularly reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates.
- Arrange consultations for more in-depth discussions with clients.
- Track and manage client requests and action items effectively.
- Offer coaching to clients to optimize their results.
- Adopt a leadership approach to proactively address challenges as they arise.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
