Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily client assessments to ensure seamless operations for over 200 clients.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our services.
  • Collaborate closely with the media buying and delivery teams to guarantee accurate account setups.
  • Maintain and update client CRM systems as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Engage regularly with clients to assess satisfaction levels and provide essential updates.
  • Organize and manage appointments for in-depth client discussions.
  • Address client requests and efficiently manage a dynamic task list.
  • Coach clients on best practices to optimize their outcomes.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving to navigate challenges effectively.

Required Skills
